【中文摘要】 伴隨著科學(xué)尤其是分子生物學(xué)的持續(xù)發(fā)展,越來(lái)越多的新技術(shù)不斷涌現(xiàn)并應(yīng)用于食用菌的育種以及種質(zhì)鑒定。主要對(duì)食用菌育種的遺傳學(xué)基礎(chǔ)、育種技術(shù)、種質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)及鑒定的手段進(jìn)行綜述,并針對(duì)當(dāng)前存在的問(wèn)題,對(duì)食用菌育種研究的趨向進(jìn)行了展望。

【英文摘要】 With the continuous development of sciences, especially molecular biology, more and more new technologies were come up with and applied in the breeding and germplasm identification of edible fungi. This review focuses on the genetic background, breeding technology and germplasm identification of edible fungi; furthermore, based on the exist problems, the tendency to breeding study of edible fungi was forecasted.
