【中文摘要】 以相同靈芝菌種,不同樹種作栽培基質(zhì),重復(fù)對比栽培試驗。結(jié)果表明用不同樹種栽培靈芝,子實體外觀色澤有明顯差異,生物轉(zhuǎn)化速度以楓香最快、楊梅最慢;轉(zhuǎn)化率以楓香、漆樹、青岡較高。在青岡、甜櫧、白櫟、楓香、楊梅、漆樹、擬赤楊7個樹種中,適宜靈芝栽培的樹種排序依次為:楓香、青岡、漆樹、楊梅、擬赤楊、白櫟、甜櫧。
【英文摘要】 In order to understand the effects of Ganoderma lucidum cultivation with different tree species to the fruits appearance and transformation. With the same Ganoderma lucidum strain,different tree species for cultivation medium,cultivation experiments were made with repeated comparison. Ganoderma lucidum cultivation with different tree species had distinct difference in fruit appearance and colour. Liquidambar formosana had the fastest biological transformation speed. Morella rubra Lour. was the slowest. Liquidambar formosana,Toxicodendron vernicifluum and Cyclobalanopsis glauca had the higher transformation rate. In the seven tree species namely Cyclobalanopsis glauca,Liquidambar formosana,Toxicodendron vernicifluum,Morella rubra Lour.,Alniphyllum fortunei,Castanopsis eyrei(Champ.)Tutch,Quercus fabri Hance.
