【中文摘要】 概述了地理標(biāo)志產(chǎn)品保護(hù)制度的起源以及如何申報(bào)地理標(biāo)志產(chǎn)品保護(hù),分析了我國(guó)食用菌地理標(biāo)志產(chǎn)品保護(hù)的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問(wèn)題,并闡述了地理標(biāo)志產(chǎn)品保護(hù)對(duì)食用菌產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的意義。

【英文摘要】 The origin of the rules of the protection for geographic indications and how to declare the protection for geographic indications were summarized.The status and problems in existence of the protection for geographic indications of edible mushroom were analyzed.The meaning of the protection for geographic indications for edible mushroom of our country was also expatiated.
