【中文摘要】 采用雙平板法和比濁法,測(cè)定了姬松茸片及水提取液的抑制作用及水提液的最低抑菌濃度。結(jié)果表明,姬松茸子實(shí)體片劑及水提取液對(duì)于3種受試菌均有抑制作用。提取物對(duì)于金黃色葡萄球菌、綠膿桿菌、大腸桿8h最低抑菌濃度分別為25mg.mL-1、50 mg.mL-1、50 mg.mL-1;18h最低抑菌濃度為50mg.mL-1、100mg.mL-1。
【英文摘要】 Objctive: The antimicrobial effects of fruiting body tabs and water extracs from Agaricus blazei Murr.were determined by ways of double plate process and turbidimetric method.The results showed that both fruiting body tabs and water extracs of A garicus blazei Murr.had antimicrobial effects against 3 species pathogenic bacteria.The MIC of water extracs:in 8h both B.pyocyaneus and E.colis were 50g·mL-1,S.aureus was 25g·mL-1;In 18h both B.pyocyaneus and E.colis were 100g·mL-1,S.aureus was 50g·mL-1.
