【中文摘要】 雙孢蘑菇加珍珠巖的蠶繭作為固體保鮮吸附劑,分別在常溫、低溫、低溫MA氣調(diào)3種情況下進(jìn)行處理。試驗(yàn)效應(yīng)以雙孢蘑菇的組織細(xì)胞膜滲透率、褐變度、感官品質(zhì)進(jìn)行評定。

【英文摘要】 Agaricus bisporus as test material,it was dealed with at room temperature,low temperature,low temperature plus MA atmosphere.In test,solid preserving adsorbent was silkworm cocoon affiliated with perlite.The evaluation index of effect were permeability of cell-membrane,browning,and sensory quality of Agaricus bisporus.
