【中文摘要】 研究了2種不同來源多糖,按照不同比例下不同濃度進行復(fù)配對羥自由基體系的清除活性影響。結(jié)果表明在適當(dāng)?shù)膭┝颗浔认?復(fù)配多糖羥自由基的清除率顯示出比單一成分高的正協(xié)同效應(yīng),且與濃度呈正量效關(guān)系。當(dāng)枸杞、靈芝比例4∶1、濃度為0.2mg/mL時,對羥自由基的清除率可達48.13%,而單一成分的枸杞、靈芝菌絲體多糖對羥自由基清除率(OH.)為35%,較之單一多糖清除率提高13%。復(fù)配多糖羥自由基清除率的提升與多糖比例及濃度密切相關(guān)。
【英文摘要】 The scavenging action of the Ganoderma lucidum mycelium and lyceum chinensis polysaccharide compound to the radical system were studied. The compound was the two different sources polysaccharides compounded by different contents and rates. The result indicated (that)the compound polysaccharide showed obvious scavenging action to the hydroxyl free radical(OH.). The scavenging action enhanced with the content of polysaccharide compound increased. When the rate was 4∶1 in 1.0mg/mL, the compound polysaccharide scavenging action to the hydroxyl free radical(OH.) , which improved about 13% than that of any of two polysaccharides, reached 48.13%. It was concluded that the improvement of the compound polysaccharide action had close relation to the rate of single polysaccharides and the content of the compound.
