【中文摘要】 通過產(chǎn)品流通跟蹤調(diào)查、定點(diǎn)社區(qū)調(diào)查和文獻(xiàn)研究相結(jié)合的方法,從貿(mào)易、市場(chǎng)、產(chǎn)品流通3個(gè)方面調(diào)查了我國(guó)主要羊肚菌產(chǎn)區(qū)的產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)了該產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)勢(shì)和存在的問題。以期有助于正確認(rèn)識(shí)我國(guó)羊肚菌業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀和未來(lái),促進(jìn)我國(guó)羊肚菌產(chǎn)業(yè)持續(xù)、健康發(fā)展。

【英文摘要】 We studied on the present situation of the industry chain of Morchella spp.from trade, markets and industry aspect combined with scouted investigation,community survey, and literature study.Summarize the predominance and issues existed in this industry.Expected helping us exactness known the actuality and future of Morchella spp..Promoted the industry of Morchella spp.sustained and health development.
