【中文摘要】 從配料、滅菌、無(wú)菌操作技術(shù)、培養(yǎng)條件、培養(yǎng)檢查、貯藏條件幾個(gè)方面對(duì)食用菌原種和栽培種生產(chǎn)工藝技術(shù)要求進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)陳述。對(duì)食用菌原種和栽培種生產(chǎn)進(jìn)行細(xì)化管理,實(shí)現(xiàn)其規(guī)范操作、規(guī)范生產(chǎn)。
【英文摘要】 This article introduces the production of edible fungi secondary spawn and culture spawn from preparation of substrate,medium sterilization,sterile working technique,cultural condition,cultural inspection and storage condition in detail.The standardized production was realized by fine management of secondary spawn and culture spawn for edible mushrooms.
