【中文摘要】 研究了桑黃菌在發(fā)酵過程中菌絲體及胞內外多糖產量變化趨勢,碳源、氮源以及接種量、搖床轉速、溫度和pH值等因素對桑黃菌液體深層發(fā)酵菌絲產量的影響。結果表明:玉米粉為最佳碳源,豆餅粉為最佳氮源,優(yōu)化培養(yǎng)基配方為:玉米粉4.0%、豆餅0.5%、KH2PO40.1%、MgSO4.7H2O0.05%;最適菌絲體生長的液體發(fā)酵條件:培養(yǎng)溫度26℃,搖瓶轉速130rpm,pH值6.5,接種量15% ̄20%,培養(yǎng)時間7d。
【英文摘要】 The change tendency of output from intracellular and extracellular polysaccharide in the fermentative period for the mycelium of Phellinus igniarius was studied.Carbon source,nitrogen source,inoculating amount,rotational speed,temperature and pH etc.affected the output of mycelium in liquid submerged fermentation for Phellinus igniarius.The results showed that maize meal was the optimum carbon source,and bean cake was the best nitrogen source.The fine formula of medium was: maize meal 4.0%,bean cake 0.5%,KH2PO40.1%,MgSO4·7H2O0.05%.The most suitable fermentative condition was: cultivated temperature 26℃,rotational speed130rpm,pH6.5,inoculating amount 15%20%,growth time 7d.
