【中文摘要】 從白蟻蟻巢中長(zhǎng)出的黑柄炭角菌菌索分離純化出黑柄炭角菌菌種,并對(duì)該菌的培養(yǎng)特性進(jìn)行了研究,表明:黑柄炭角菌對(duì)葡萄糖、果糖的利用效果較好,蛋白胨、黃豆粉、蠶蛹粉是良好的氮源,檸檬酸對(duì)菌絲體生長(zhǎng)有促進(jìn)作用,黑柄炭角菌是一種中溫性真菌,在22℃-30℃下均能夠生長(zhǎng)。但最適合培養(yǎng)的溫度為25℃-26℃。菌絲在PH值為5.0-8.0之間均能生長(zhǎng),但以6.0左右為最佳。

【英文摘要】 The spawn of Xylaria nigripes was got from the rhizomorph of the Xylaria nigripes which grows in the net of termite.Through a series of studies on the cultrue character,the results indicated that the glucose and the fructose were the optimum carbon source for it's growth;the peptone,sourenir powder and silkworm powder were the optimum nitrogen source;the citric acid can promote the growth of it's mycelium.Xylaria nigripes was a middle-temperature fungus which can grow at the circumstance of 22℃～30℃,but the optimum temperature is 25℃～26℃ and the optimum pH for it's growth is about 6.0.
