【中文摘要】 120只SPF級(jí)昆明種雌性小鼠平均分成3組,菌草靈芝孢子粉分三個(gè)劑量組給小鼠灌胃,共30 d。測(cè)定小鼠的體重、免疫器官臟器/體重比值、遲發(fā)型變態(tài)反應(yīng)(DTH)、ConA誘導(dǎo)的小鼠淋巴細(xì)胞轉(zhuǎn)化能力、抗體生成細(xì)胞數(shù)、半數(shù)溶血值(HC50)、單核—巨噬細(xì)胞碳廓清、巨噬細(xì)胞吞噬雞紅細(xì)胞吞噬率指標(biāo)。結(jié)果:0.150 g/kg.bw劑量能提高小鼠的半數(shù)溶血值(P<0.05);0.450g/kg.bw劑量能提高小鼠遲發(fā)型變態(tài)反應(yīng)(DTH)能力、ConA誘導(dǎo)的淋巴細(xì)胞轉(zhuǎn)化能力、增加抗體生成細(xì)胞數(shù)(P<0.05);菌草靈芝孢子粉對(duì)小鼠體重增長(zhǎng)、胸腺體重比值、脾臟體重比值、單核-巨噬細(xì)胞碳廓清能力、小鼠巨噬細(xì)胞吞噬雞紅細(xì)胞的能力均無(wú)明顯影響(P>0.05)。
【英文摘要】 120 mice were randomized into 3 groups:three groups of grass-cultivated Ganoderma lucidum spores powder through gastric tube for 30 days.The weight of mice,spleen index,delayed-type hypersensitivity(DTH),lymphocyte transformation induced by ConA,phagocytic index of macrophage,phagocytic percent of macrophage cock's RBC were measured.Results:0.150g/kg.bw could significantly increase phagocytic index of macrophage;0.450g/kg.bw could signicficantly increase delayed-type hypersensitivity(DTH),lymphocyte transformation induced by ConA(P<005).Grass-cultivated Ganoderma lucidum spores powder has no influence on the weight of mice,spleen index,phagocytic percent of macrophage cock's RBC(P>0.05).
