【中文摘要】 通過(guò)對(duì)杏鮑菇優(yōu)質(zhì)菌株HRX3 定向馴化試驗(yàn) ,結(jié)果表明 :經(jīng)過(guò)熱處理的菌株 ,其對(duì)溫度的耐受性能有明顯改善 ;提高培養(yǎng)基中的木質(zhì)素和纖維素成分 ,可以增強(qiáng)菇體內(nèi)相關(guān)酶的活性 ;并篩選出適合本地栽培該菇的培養(yǎng)基質(zhì)。
【英文摘要】 In this experiment,we had made some studies of directional induction and acclimatization,which was fit to local characters of Pleurotus eryngii HRX 2.The results showed that the strains which were thermal-tackled had strengthened the forbearance to temperature.Adding lignin and cellulose to medium could regulate the activities of related enzymes.After making this experiment,we had formulated primarily the medium which was fit to cultivation.
