【中文摘要】 取松茸子實(shí)體的子實(shí)層制成粗松茸擔(dān)孢子懸液 ,采用脫脂棉過濾粗松茸擔(dān)孢子懸液 ,經(jīng) 40 0 0r/min3次離心沉淀微生物菌體、 80 μg/mL鏈霉素對(duì)細(xì)菌的殺菌作用 ,10 0 0 0r/min離心 ,收集得到純松茸擔(dān)孢子。此方法簡(jiǎn)單、雜菌污染率低、擔(dān)孢子收集效果明顯。
【英文摘要】 A simple method for collecting basidiospore of Tricholoma matsutake was introduced.Briefly,the gill of fruit body was flooded in the sterilized water containing 80μg/ml of streptomycin.Then,the fruit body debris was abandoned after the suspension was filtered by absorbent cotton and centrifuged at 4000r/min.The supernatant was centrifuged at 10000r/min again and the purified basidiospore were obtained.
