【中文摘要】 在實(shí)驗(yàn)研究的基礎(chǔ)上 ,成功地進(jìn)行了棉稈粉代料栽培香菇的規(guī)?；a(chǎn)試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明 ,棉稈粉代替木屑栽培香菇是完全可行的 ,但出菇后期營(yíng)養(yǎng)不足、容易散袋 ,導(dǎo)致出菇期短 ,產(chǎn)量低。若在培養(yǎng)料中加入一定量的木屑 ,則可調(diào)節(jié)培養(yǎng)料的營(yíng)養(yǎng)結(jié)構(gòu) ,增強(qiáng)料袋的緊實(shí)度 ,提高保水性能 ,菌絲生長(zhǎng)快 ,香菇產(chǎn)量高 ,花菇率高。試驗(yàn)表明 ,培養(yǎng)料中木屑含量在 2 0 %左右時(shí) ,香菇產(chǎn)量最高 ,效益最佳。

【英文摘要】 Cultivation of Lentinus edodes with the material of cotton stalk powder in broad scale on the basis of experiments was a success.The experiments showed that it was feasible to cultivate Lenlinus edodes with cotton stalk powder instead of sawdust.But it was undernourishment at the later stage,the bags were easy untied.Its growing period was short with low production.If we added some sawdust into the material,the nutritive structure could be adjusted so as to strengthen the bags with water preservation,and with quick growing speed.When the material contains the sawdust about 25%,thd production of Letinus edodes was the highest,and the profit was the best.
