【中文摘要】 采用室內(nèi)培養(yǎng)的方法 ,來研究白蟻蟻巢的熱水浸提物對雞【絲生長的影響 ,探索雞【絲的營養(yǎng)特征。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)蟻巢熱水浸提物對黃褐紋雞【絲的生長具有至關(guān)重要的、必不可少的作用 ,而蟻巢熱水浸提物的量的多少對菌絲生長的影響不大。

【英文摘要】 The effect of hot water extractive of termitarium on the growth of hyphae of termitophile(Termitomyces striatus f.ochraceus.Heim)was studied in this paper to explored hyphae nutritional characteristics of this mushroom in vitro.We found that the hot water extractive of termitarium is important and necessary to the growth of hyphae of termitophile.But the quantity of extractive is unremarkable effect on the growth of hyphae.
