【中文摘要】 本實驗通過對白阿魏側(cè)耳人工栽培子實體不同提取組分的抗氧化活性進(jìn)行初步的研究 ,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)其不同組分均可清除Fenton反應(yīng)生成的·OH ,其中以熱提乙酸乙酯提取物的抑制率最高
【英文摘要】 To provide the experimental basis for protecting and developing the cherish mushroom,Pleurotus eryngii var.nerbrodensis,the antioxidative activities of the different fractions of its cultured fruit bodies which were extracted by different conditions were studied in this paper.The results showed that all the different fractions could scanvenge · OH produced by Fenton reaction.The highest inhibition was in the fraction extracted by ethyl acetate.
