【中文摘要】 新選育的糙皮側(cè)耳菌株P(guān)L -A2 屬于早熟型品種。該菌株菌絲在 5～ 37℃溫度范圍內(nèi)均能生長(zhǎng) ,菌絲生長(zhǎng)適溫為 18～ 30℃ ,最適溫度為 2 5～ 2 8℃。在蘋果渣發(fā)酵料培養(yǎng)基上 ,菌絲粗壯、整齊、潔白 ,爬壁能力強(qiáng) ,滿袋天數(shù)為 2 2d± 1d。經(jīng)推廣栽培證明 ,PL -A2 是高產(chǎn)優(yōu)質(zhì)菌株

【英文摘要】 It was proved that the newly selected Pleurotus ostreatus strain PL-A 2 was an early-maturing strain, and that its mycelia could grow at 5～37℃, the suitable temperature for its mycelia growth was 18～30℃ and the optimum temperature was 25～28℃. Its mycelia were robust, regular and pure white with strong vigour on the fermented apple dregs compost, it took only 22d±1d for its mycelia to fill the culture-bag. Through extensive cultivation, it was proved that PL-A 2 was a superior strain with excellent quality and high yield.
