【中文摘要】 通過雞腿蘑液體菌種接固體栽培料的實(shí)驗(yàn) ,證明選擇種齡為 3天 ,接種量為 10 % ,并以攪拌方式接種時 ,可在一周發(fā)滿菌絲 ,與傳統(tǒng)的制種方式相比 ,大大縮短了發(fā)菌周期 ,并為將來實(shí)現(xiàn)雞腿蘑的工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)提供了基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)。
【英文摘要】 A strain of Coprinus comatus was submerged fermented for three days,the culture was mixed with the solid substrate,and maintained at 25℃ in the incubator.The organisms utilized the nutrients completely in 7 days and the mycelia were full-developed.Compared to the traditional way in which the solid strain was inoculated on the solid substrate,the time was saved a lot and it is convenient for mass production.
