【中文摘要】 本文采用平皿培養(yǎng)法進(jìn)行了不同雞腿蘑品種對綠色木霉、青霉、黑根霉、黑曲霉抗耐性的研究。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果分析表明 :雞腿蘑抗耐性順序?yàn)镈 C - 87>Cc -173>C - 89>Cc - 1,而且這種抗耐性是在雞腿蘑形成生長勢以后才具備的。一般雞腿蘑對黑曲霉抗性較強(qiáng) ,形成了拮抗線 ,對綠色木霉和青霉的忍耐性較強(qiáng)。并對其機(jī)理進(jìn)行了分析。
【英文摘要】 In this paper,the resistance and tolerance of different varieties in Coprinus comatus to Trichoderma viride,Penicillum Spp,Rhizopus stolonife black and Aspergillus niger were studied with plating method.The results showed that the resisitant and tolerant sequence of different varieties was D C-87>Cc-173>C-89>Cc-1,and Coprinus comatus possessed the resistance and tolerance only after they formed growth potential.In general,the resistance of Coprinus comatus to Aspergillus niger was stronger than the others,and it became antagonistic line;the tolerance of Coprinus comatus to Trichoderma viride and Penicillum Spp was stronger,and these mechanisms of resistance and tolerance were analyzed.
