【中文摘要】 按照植物病理學原則 ,蘑菇分離物應依據(jù)柯赫法則 (Koch’spostulate)回接。在一定條件下 ,人工誘發(fā)子實體得以鑒別。但是一些蘑菇種類 (如某些共生食用蘑菇 )難以人工誘發(fā)子實體 ,即使能形成子實體也費時費力。本文介紹DNA指紋鑒別技術(shù) ,即運用RAPD -PCR技術(shù)制成分離物及對應子實體指紋圖譜 ,分析它們間DNA同源性及遺傳相似度以鑒別分離物真?zhèn)?,探求快速 ;簡便 ;有效的鑒別方法。
【英文摘要】 The isolate of mushrooms should be identified by back inoculation,artificial induce sporophore formation under adapted condition according to Koch's postulate. However,it is very difficult to form sporophore by artificial inducing in some species,i.g.ectomycorrhizal mushrooms.Even if sporophore formation,it would take a long time and lots of efforts.Isolate would be identified by application PAPD-PCR technique,to make DNA band,analysis DNA homogeneity,DNA similarity coefficient between isolate and sporophore,which is of speed,handy and availble for characterization isolate of mushroom.
