【中文摘要】 本文對影響塊菌菌根合成有關因素 (包括土壤因素及競爭菌 )和菌根形態(tài)研究進展進行綜述。
【英文摘要】 This paper summarizes effect of soil conditions and competitive colonizers on mycorrhizal formation of truffles (Tuber spp.)under controlled conditions. Soil pH lever has been considered to be the most important factors influencing the growth of cultured mycelia and development of colonizing on host root system. Other symbiotic mycorrhizal fungi can be either mycorrhizal-helping or competitive on the colonization of truffles. Many newly developed technological methods, including electronic technique, ultrastructural cytochemical test, SDS-PAGE, DNA analysis, have been applied to identify fungal species and confirm mycorrhizal formation.
