【中文摘要】 分別以赤芝 (Ganodermalucidum)深層發(fā)酵液和菌絲體提取液為主料 ,配伍以幾種中藥材和調(diào)味料 ,正交方法設(shè)計(jì)配方 ,配制兩種赤芝營養(yǎng)液。分別從 2 7個樣品中初選 5個色、香、味、形均較佳的樣品 ,進(jìn)一步進(jìn)行理化指標(biāo)的測定和感觀鑒定評分 ,所獲數(shù)據(jù)通過計(jì)算機(jī)編程統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。獲得最佳配方設(shè)計(jì)。
【英文摘要】 Two kinds of Ganoderma lucidum nutritinal liquid were prepared form fermanted beverge and mycilum extracting beverge respectively,while several kinds of medicainal material and flouvoring as compatilibility.Five samples were slected easily out from 27 products which were much more better in colour,smelling,tasting and apperarnce than the others.Then their chemical and physical target were measured and their sene organ determination was carried out by computer program.
