【中文摘要】 本研究以香菇四種交配型的孢子單核體為材料 ,用酶解的方法制備出高得率的具四種交配型的原生質(zhì)體 ,且均可再生。研究表明 :四種交配型原生質(zhì)體的再生率大小 ,與原生質(zhì)體的得率高低并不是一致的 ,但與菌絲生長(zhǎng)速度、再生菌落出現(xiàn)的時(shí)間以及交配型之間有一定的關(guān)系。這為原生質(zhì)體的再生能力是受交配型基因控制的推斷提供了實(shí)驗(yàn)證據(jù)。單一交配型的單核原生質(zhì)體的大量獲得也為蕈菌遺傳學(xué)提供了一種新的研究材料
【英文摘要】 Four mating type protoplasts which all could regenerate were highly yielded with four mating type sporulated monokaryon of Lentinus edodes using enzyme digestion.The research indicated the regeneration rates of protoplasts didn′t tend to the output of protoplasts,and were effected by the hypha growing rate,occurring time of regeneration colony and mating type.The study also provided experiment proof for the inference in which the regeneration capability was controlled by the mating type gene.A great number of monokaryon protoplasts with single mating type could become a new material for fungi genetics study.
