【中文摘要】 長(zhǎng)白山野生靈芝通過(guò)組織分離獲得的靈芝CL988菌株 ,經(jīng)60 CO -γ射線與紫外線交替累積誘變獲得菌絲高長(zhǎng)速靈芝菌株CjL990 (已經(jīng)中國(guó)科學(xué)院微生物研究所鑒定 )通過(guò) 4次傳代培養(yǎng)和應(yīng)用研究證明該菌株性狀穩(wěn)定 ,菌絲生長(zhǎng)速度與菌絲積累量同供試株CL988比較均P<0 0 1差異極顯著
【英文摘要】 CjL 990 high mycelial growth rate strain was selected from CL 988 strain,which was gained by tissue isolation from Chang bai Mountain wild Ganoderma lucidum,by the method of alternatived accumulation with 60 Co-γ ray and UV.(CjL 990 has been identified by Microbiology Institute,the Academy of Sciences of China.)After four generation culture and applied study showed:the strain′s character is stable,comparising the growth rate of mycelia and biomass accumulation with CL 988 ,P<0 01,the difference is significant.
