【中文摘要】 本文以Cr02 , 7402, 45, 087 , 465, 856 為親本進行單孢分離和雜交實驗, 通過鏡檢、拮抗實驗、EST同工酶分析和栽培出菇實驗, 選育出香菇優(yōu)良新品種HL6 。并通過比較親本和雜交新組合EST同工酶譜的差異性, 來預測香菇雜交后代的雜種優(yōu)勢。
【英文摘要】 In the paper,six Lentinus edodes strains which are Cr02,7402,45,087,465,856 are used to crossbreed each other by single spore seperated crossbreeding method.By means of microscope inspection,antagonism experiment,esterase isozymes analysis and the mushroom forming experiment,We have selected Lentinus edodes HL 6 variety development,and forecast crossbreeding heterosis of Lentinus edodes by compare the difference of esterase isozymes between parental lines and new hybrid strains.
