【中文摘要】 本文對(duì)平菇培養(yǎng)料通風(fēng)發(fā)酵過(guò)程中不同階段培養(yǎng)料的微生物區(qū)系、溫度、pH 的變化進(jìn)行了分析; 并繪制了堆料中溫度、pH、細(xì)菌數(shù)量和通風(fēng)量的變化曲線。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明: 采用通風(fēng)發(fā)酵技術(shù)使培養(yǎng)料中中溫型有害的細(xì)菌、霉菌數(shù)量大大減少, 而有益的高溫放線菌數(shù)量增加, 并為平菇前期發(fā)菌減少污染及優(yōu)勢(shì)生長(zhǎng)創(chuàng)造了條件。
【英文摘要】 The variation of microflora,temperature and pH value of ordinary fermentation and ventilation fermentation of Pleurotus ostreatus compost at different stages has been studied.We also draw curves of variation of temperature,pH value and the quantities of bacteria according to the different amount of ventilation.By studying their dynamic variation,we come to the conclusion that the quantities of the harmful mesophiles are reduced greatly by ventilation fermentation technique adopted in the compost.Meanwhile the quantities of the conductive thermophilie actinomycetes are increased.Therefore,the suitable conditions are created for the growth of Pleurotus ostreatus hyphae.
