【中文摘要】 通過(guò)對(duì)人工培育蛹蟲(chóng)草與野生蛹蟲(chóng)草氨基酸的測(cè)試分析,結(jié)果表明:在野生蛹蟲(chóng)草中含有的17種氨基酸,在人工培育蛹蟲(chóng)草中幾乎都含有,并且在以蠶蛹為培養(yǎng)基質(zhì)生長(zhǎng)的蛹蟲(chóng)草中氨基酸總量及人體必需的八種氨基酸總量均高于野生型及其它人工培育型的蛹蟲(chóng)草。
【英文摘要】 Determination and analysis of amino acid components between cultivation of Cordyceps militaris and wild Cordyceps militaris are discussed in this paper.The results show that there are 17 kinds of amino acid in wild Cordyceps militaris and almost in cultivated Cordyceps militaris. Total amino acid in Cordyceps militaris which is cultivated by natural Bombyx mori medium and man need 8 kinds of amino acid contents are higher than those of wild Cordyceps militaris and the other cultivated Cordyceps militaris.
