【中文摘要】 經(jīng)試驗(yàn)篩選出金針菇品種盧菌５號(hào)。該品種質(zhì)優(yōu)高產(chǎn)。在氣候寒冷的大興安嶺林區(qū)適于瓶栽。用樺木鋸末作主料代替谷殼栽培，成本低廉，其生物轉(zhuǎn)化率可達(dá)７１％，生長(zhǎng)周期為５０ｄ（天）。

【英文摘要】 One strain of Flammulina velutipes Lujun No.5 was selected through the experiments. Lujun No.5 has a good quality and high product. The climate in the region is cold. It is suited to the cold condition to culture Flammulina velutipes by bottles in doors. There are a abundant of birch sawdusts in the forestry region, so the birch sawdusts as main culture material are used instead of husk of rice, which can reduce the cost, and the biological transformation rate can reach 71%, the period of growth is 50d.
