【中文摘要】 通過竹蓀深層發(fā)酵菌絲體多糖對(duì)小鼠淋巴細(xì)胞增殖、細(xì)胞白介素－２（ＩＬ－２）的誘生及Ｓ－１８０腫瘤細(xì)胞的作用實(shí)驗(yàn)，證實(shí)其發(fā)酵菌絲體多糖可明顯提高小鼠淋巴細(xì)胞數(shù)量（Ｐ＜０保埃保；對(duì)ＩＬ－２誘生作用極為明顯（Ｐ＜０保埃保；對(duì)小鼠Ｓ－１８０實(shí)體腫瘤的抑瘤率為５８保梗ィǎ校跡藹保埃保。

【英文摘要】 The purposes of this study is to investigate the effect of depths-ferment mycelium polysaccharides(DFMP)of Dictyophora indusiata on the immunologic responses and anti-tumour in mice.The results also indicated that the DFMP can increase immunologic responses notably(P<0.01);The rate of inhibiting tumour cell(S-180)is 58 93%(P<0.05).
