【中文摘要】 本文探討了食用菌和霉菌對(duì)藥劑的敏感性,篩進(jìn)出了有效的藥劑及其使用濃度,使之能抑制來菌的生長,而對(duì)食用菌菌絲無不良影響。
【英文摘要】 This paper reports the sensitivity of edible fungi and moulds for antimicro-bial agents.The effective antimicrobial agents and their concentration were found.Theycould check the growth of these moulds, but hadn't adverse effects for these edible fungi.
