【中文摘要】 本試驗(yàn)通過對11個(gè)野生黑木耳菌株的馴化栽培,初步迭出了07號優(yōu)良菌株。該菌林每立方米耳木產(chǎn)木耳21.0千克,比對照(19.7千克)高1.3千克,與對照之間差異顯著,與其它10個(gè)菌株相比差異極顯著。在質(zhì)量和抗逆性方面分別護(hù)近和優(yōu)于對照.更優(yōu)于其它菌株。試驗(yàn)表明,利用本地區(qū)野生黑木耳資源篩迭適合本地區(qū)栽培的優(yōu)良品種的方法是可行的。
【英文摘要】 Abstract In this test we domesticated eleven strains of wild Auricularia auricla and selected an excellent strain-No.07 initialy,It's per unit yield is 21.0 kilogram per stere wood.It has increased by 1.3 kilogram compared with contrast group.The difference between N0.07 and contrast is marked level,The difference alnong No.07 and other strains is very marked level.No.07 is proximate to contrast group in the quality and better than it in the anti-adversity.It is better than the other ten strains in the quality and anti-adversity.The result shows that it is practicable to screen excellent strains that fit into culturing in local region from local wild sourse of Auricularia auricula.
