【中文摘要】 通過酸水解,甲基化和Smith降解等分析方法,借助于氣相色譜和紅外光譜等近代分析儀器,對存在于香菇柄中PJFI多糖的化學(xué)本質(zhì)作了剖析,建立了結(jié)構(gòu)模型。結(jié)果表明,PJFI是帶分支結(jié)構(gòu)的多糖分子,其主鏈?zhǔn)怯?beta;(1→3)糖苷鍵連接的葡聚糖,主鏈通過C_6位置帶有(1→6)鍵連的低聚葡萄糖或低聚半乳糖作為側(cè)鏈,部分低聚半乳糖短鏈還通過C_2位置連有甘露糖低度聚合物或木糖殘基作為二級側(cè)鏈。
【英文摘要】 ollowed by the analysis methods of acid hydrolysis, methylation and Smith degr-adation,with the help of modern instruments of GC and IR etc,the chemistry natureof PJFI polysaccharide from foot body of Lentinus edodes was analysed and its structuralmodel was founded,The results showed that a branched molecule of PJFI contained aβ(1→3)linked glucan backbone,which was branched at position C_6 with(1→6)─linkedglucooligosaccharide of galactooligosaccharide side chain,some of galactooligosaecharideshort chain,in turn,carried mannooligosaccharide or xylose residues,as the substituenton position C_2.
