【中文摘要】 研究金耳(Tremellaaurantialba)的生理特性及有效優(yōu)良菌種的制備原理,是金耳引種馴化,特別是大面積栽培能否順利成功的首要問題和技術(shù)關(guān)鍵,經(jīng)過長期的科研、生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐證明,由于金耳的組織結(jié)構(gòu)獨(dú)特,生理性狀復(fù)雜,大量的耳木分離培養(yǎng),通常只能獲得無效菌種;各種孢子的分離培養(yǎng)法,目前雖然獲得了一定量的優(yōu)良子實(shí)體,但由于技術(shù)性較強(qiáng),有效出耳率低而不穩(wěn)定,有待繼續(xù)深化提高,不宜應(yīng)用于生產(chǎn);采用子實(shí)體組織分離培養(yǎng)法,是普遍實(shí)現(xiàn)金耳大批量商品生產(chǎn)的理想途徑。本文是系統(tǒng)總結(jié)10余年科技、推廣的新成就之一。
【英文摘要】 Abstract The studies of the manufacturing principles of the effective fine species and its physi-ological nature of fungus of Tremella aurantialba is a matter of prime importance and thetechnical key concerning the domestication of the Tremella aurantialba after it is beingintroduced for plantation,and its success or failure in case of large-scale cultivationin particular,After a long period of scicntific research, facts prove that owing to thespecific organic structure of tbe Tremella aurantialba and its complex physiologicalproperties, a large-scale separate cultivation can only produce ineffective species offungus generally. The separate cultivation of various species of spores does not havehigher or stable output of Tremella aurantialba because of technical grounds though acertain amount of fine seeds have been obtained.
