【中文摘要】 對(duì)竹蓀菌種培養(yǎng)條件,菌種抗性以及幾個(gè)主要的制種技術(shù)要素進(jìn)行了研究,結(jié)果表明:竹蓀最適的菌種保藏時(shí)間為60天,最佳的菌種生產(chǎn)培養(yǎng)料為粗細(xì)結(jié)合料,配方為竹片(3—5cm)39%、木屑39%、麥麩20%、糖1%和石膏1%。制種季節(jié)的安排與產(chǎn)量密切相關(guān)??偨Y(jié)出了高產(chǎn)竹蓀菌種制作的工藝流程,制定了優(yōu)良菌種的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
【英文摘要】 lt was reported in this paper that culture conditions of mycelia of D. indusiatamutually resist and several factors affecting quality of mycelia, the results are as follows:D_1 and D_2 are best strains,60 days seems to be the most appropriate preservation termof first spawn,Bamboo pieces(3~5cm) 39%、sawdust 39%、wheat straw 20%、sugar 1%and plaser 1%secrns to be the best medium formula,The seasons of spawning and the outputwere closely related. It is summed up that technological process of spawn production,also drafted good spawn standard.
