【中文摘要】 研究了二種羊肚菌菌株在四種培養(yǎng)基及五種培養(yǎng)料上的菌絲生長情況，結(jié)果表明，母種采用黃豆芽玉米粉培養(yǎng)基，栽培種采用棉籽殼木屑麥麩培養(yǎng)料，可縮短制種周期，獲得質(zhì)量較高的菌種。

【英文摘要】 This paper reports mycelial growth states of Morchella in four kinds of media and five kinds of mixed materials.The results indicated that the best medium of the first grade spawn was soybean bud-corn powder medium and the best cultural material of the third grade spawn was the mixed material of cottonseed shell-sawdust- wheat bran for Morchella.
