【中文摘要】 過氧化物酶同工酶(POD)是真菌遺傳分析中的一個(gè)常用生化指標(biāo),在其電泳分析中染色操作是一個(gè)重要技術(shù)環(huán)節(jié)。本研究以香菇、美味側(cè)耳為材料,比較了不同POD染色方法的染色效果。NH_3Cl-聯(lián)苯胺法效果最佳,醋酸一聯(lián)苯胺法次之,AC-聯(lián)苯胺及愈創(chuàng)木酚-聯(lián)苯胺法效果較差。對(duì)影響染色效果的原因進(jìn)行了分析。
【英文摘要】 Peroxidase isozymes (POD) are one of the frequently-used biochemical markers in genetical analysis of fungi,The staining is an important procedure in studying POD.Theefficiency was compared;among different stain recipes for POD of two edible fungi Lentinus edodes and Pleurctus sapidus. The recipe NH_3Cl-Benzidine showed the best effect,and followed the HAc-Benzidine,but the Vc-Benzidine and Guaiacol-Benzidine did not gave satisfactory results,The possible reasons for differences of stain effect were discussed.
