【中文摘要】 本試驗(yàn)通過對(duì)廢木耳粉碎料營(yíng)養(yǎng)成分的分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)其營(yíng)養(yǎng)適合栽培香菇。栽培結(jié)果表明：用度耳木粉碎料開放式栽培香菇和羽照木屑相比，其發(fā)菌速度快，出菇早、集中，生物學(xué)效率高。因此，廢耳木粉碎料完全可以變廢為寶，栽培香菇。

【英文摘要】 We find that the saw dust of cultivated wood ear logs could be used to cultivate shiitake mushroom by analysing its nutrition, The results of cultivation suggested that the mycilia growth is faster and fruitbody formation is eazlier than ck,biological efficience and resistence to other microorganism as good as ck,so the saw dust of cultivated wood ear logs is suitable for cultivating shiitake mushroom.
