【中文摘要】 本文報道了刺孔通氣對香菇子實體形成的重要作用。經(jīng)刺孔通氣的人造菇木,發(fā)生的香菇個數(shù)顯著增加,單菇增重,產(chǎn)量大幅度提高,特別是對中低溫品種效果更顯著,菌絲成熟時間可縮短30多天,比常規(guī)管理增產(chǎn)63.0%達到百公斤干料產(chǎn)干菇11.2公斤的高產(chǎn)。

【英文摘要】 This paper deals with the decisive effect,which is created by ventilation of perforated artificial shiitake logs,on shiitake fruitbody formation.A great increase not only in number of fruitbodies but also in size is achieved through new techniques of perforating artificial shiitake logs,and a sharp rise in yield is obtained as well.This techniques results especially in the cultivation of medium-low temperature shiitake strains,The generative and vegetative period is shortened by 30 days and the yield increased by 63.0% —11.2kg of dried shiitake mushrooms from 100kg dry substrate.
