【中文摘要】 血耳是民間極感性趣的一種藥用兼食用菌。本文從溫度、濕度、pH、光線、水份、碳源、氮源、培養(yǎng)代料等因子對(duì)血耳菌絲生長(zhǎng)原基分化、出耳的影響進(jìn)行了生物學(xué)特性方面的研究,為開發(fā)利用血耳,進(jìn)行人工栽培提供資料。
【英文摘要】 Tremella Sp is a kind of interesting edible and medicienal fungus among the fock. The biological characteristics of the fungus has been studied intensively since 1983. The results show that temperature, humidity, pH, light, moisture content, carbon, nitrogen and nutrition are critial factors for growth of the hyphae and thedevelopment of pure body of the fungus. The studies try to provide the evidence for rapid development of artificial culture techniques on the fungus.
