【中文摘要】 本文用三種配方培養(yǎng)料對(duì)四個(gè)平菇菌株進(jìn)行呼吸強(qiáng)度、生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育以及產(chǎn)量的測(cè)定,結(jié)果表明,菌株間差異不顯著,配方間差異顯著。配方Ⅲ的菌絲生長(zhǎng)系數(shù)最大,其次是配方Ⅱ,配方Ⅰ最小,其產(chǎn)量配方Ⅲ>配方Ⅱ>配方Ⅰ,而呼吸強(qiáng)度剛相反,配方Ⅰ呼吸強(qiáng)度最大,配方Ⅲ最小。試驗(yàn)還表明,同一配方培養(yǎng)料,子實(shí)體呼吸強(qiáng)度又明顯大于菌絲階段。通過相關(guān)性分析,在一定范圍內(nèi),呼吸強(qiáng)度小,則菌絲生長(zhǎng)系數(shù)大,其產(chǎn)量高;否則反之。
【英文摘要】 The respiratory intensity, the growth and the yield of 4 strains of Pleurotus ostreatus in 3 formulas for medium were determined in this paper., The results showed that the differentiattion of strain can not reach marked level, but the differentiation of formula for medium was extremely significant. The growing coefficient of the third formula was the largest, the second formula was the next, the first formula was the least. The order of yield for 3 formulas were: Ⅲ>Ⅱ>Ⅰ. But the order of respiratory intensity were, on the contrary with the yield, the first formula is the largest, the third formula is the least. The results indicated that the respiratory intensity of fruit is bigger than that of mycelium in the same formula for medium. The analysis of relativity made clear that in given conditions, the smaller of respiratory intensity, the bigger of the growing coefficient, otherwise on the contrary
