【中文摘要】 本文介紹了一種用于食用菌培養(yǎng)的液體靜置培養(yǎng)方法。在裝有泡沫作支持物的三角瓶中,裝入一定量的液體培養(yǎng)基,接種后置25℃培養(yǎng)室中培養(yǎng),菌絲在泡沫上生長很快,并產(chǎn)生大量菌絲體。當按一定時間間隔補充新鮮培養(yǎng)基時,可以作為半連續(xù)培養(yǎng)。此法適合于制作食用菌原種和栽培種。
【英文摘要】 A liquid stationary culture method is applied to culture mushroom in semicontinuous culture system. A Erlenmeyer flask with foam as support material contained the liquid medium. Mushroom grown on the surface of foam showed good growth and yielded large amount of mycelia during 5 days incubation at 25℃ It could be operated in a semicontinuous culture by feeding of fresh medium at a regular intervals. It also is ideally suited for preparation and maintenance of actively growing cultures to be used as inocula for cultivation.
