【中文摘要】 測定了茯苓在松木屑-麥麩基物上生長期間,基物失重及木質(zhì)纖維素的降解和有關(guān)酶活性的變化規(guī)律。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明: 1.茯苓菌分解木屑的能力較強(qiáng)。培養(yǎng)100天時(shí),呼吸作用消耗掉的有機(jī)質(zhì)達(dá)38~39%,基物中纖維素降解了46.32%,半纖維素降解了58.41%,但木素降解量極低。由此可見,茯苓菌主要是利用植物體中的纖維素和半纖維素,是一種褐腐型木材腐朽菌。 2.茯苓降解松木屑具有一定的階段性。0—45天期間呼吸消耗的基物有機(jī)質(zhì)和纖維素,半纖維素的降解量較多,在基物中茯苓菌核類物質(zhì)開始產(chǎn)生時(shí)(45天左右),纖維素和半纖維素降解速率明顯下降,呼吸強(qiáng)度也明顯降低。 3.茯苓在生長發(fā)育過程中能向基物中釋放胞外CMC酶、FP酶、木聚糖酶和淀粉酶。初期酶活性較低,在菌絲體向胞外釋放菌核類物質(zhì)時(shí),4種酶活性明顯上升,直到培養(yǎng)100天酶活性仍處于高峰水平。
【英文摘要】 Weight losses of medium, degeneration of lignocelluloses and variations of some enzymes during cultiva- tion of Fu-Ling, Poria cocas (Schw.) Wolf on medium of pine saw-dust and wheat bran. Fu-Ling has very strong ability of degenerating saw-dust including cellulose and semi-cellulose, but it does not .degene- rate lignin very much, The degenerating rate of cellulose and semi-cellulose reduced greatly and activities of exocellular enzymes increased suddenly when sclerotium formed.
