【中文摘要】 采用二倍稀釋法研究了12株食用真菌和5種霉菌對(duì)7種抗菌藥劑的敏感性。結(jié)果表明,側(cè)耳屬、香菇和金針菇對(duì)多菌靈和甲基托布津不敏感,而木耳和猴頭對(duì)這兩種藥物極其敏感。幾乎所有供試食用真菌對(duì)甲醛和升汞都較敏感。側(cè)耳屬絕大多數(shù)菌株對(duì)石灰較不敢感。霉菌中黑曲霉、綠色未霉和產(chǎn)黃青霉對(duì)多菌靈和甲基托布津極其敏感,而米根霉和總狀毛霉對(duì)這兩種藥物極不敏感。5種霉菌對(duì)甲醛和升汞都敏感,對(duì)高錳酸鉀都不敏感。通過(guò)敏感性比較。在側(cè)耳類、香菇和金針菇生產(chǎn)中比較理想的抗霉劑是多菌靈并輔以適當(dāng)濃度的甲醛或石灰。
【英文摘要】 Using doubling dilution, the sensitivity of some edible fungi and molds to some antimicrobial agents was studied. The results indicated that Pleurotus, Lentinus edodes and Flammulina velutipes were not sensitive but Auricularia and Hericium erinaceus were very sensitive to bavistin and thiophanate-methyl. Nearly all edible fungi used in this paper were sensitive to formaldehyde and mercuric chloride. Most strains in Pleurotus were not fairly sensitive to lime. In molds, Aspergillus niger, Trichoderma viride and Penicilium chrysogeinum were very sensitive but Mucor racemosus and Rhizopus oryzae were not sensitive to bavistin and thiophanate-methyl. The five kinds of molds were all sensitive to formaldehyde and mercuric chloride but potassium permanganate.
