【中文摘要】 <正> 榆耳是東北地區(qū)特有的一種藥用和食用兼用的真菌,腐生于榆樹(shù)上。群眾采之晾干主要用于治腹瀉,據(jù)說(shuō)與雞蛋煮或炒食之,治白痢,與紅棗煮水食之,治紅痢,有奇效。醫(yī)藥部門收購(gòu)用做中藥,外貿(mào)部門收購(gòu)出口香港,主要食用。近年來(lái),由于資源枯竭,榆耳收購(gòu)價(jià)格飛漲,許多人試圖人工栽培榆耳,甚至著書(shū)立說(shuō),可是榆耳是什么樣的真菌,它的分類地位如何還是一個(gè)值得探討的問(wèn)題。
【英文摘要】 Yu-er is a special local fungus of the Northeast,China,which is edible and folk medical herb.The taxonomy,ecology and distribution of the fungus were studied.The scientific name of Yu-er was figured out that it is Gloeostereum incarnaturn S.Ito et Imai in stead of Phlebia sp.,It was found only in the Northeast China and Japan.The fungus is growing on decaying wood of Ulmus Purnila,U.propinqua nd Acer sp.The fruiting season is in the autumn(from the end August to September in the Northeast-China).
