【中文摘要】 猴頭菌(Hericium erinaceus)歷來(lái)作為山珍貢品而著稱于世。為了進(jìn)一步開發(fā)猴頭茵生產(chǎn),本文從猴頭苗的適宜培養(yǎng)基、溫度、酸堿度、含水量和適宜碳氮源報(bào)導(dǎo)了猴頭菌絲的生理特性。研究表明,猴頭菌試管培養(yǎng)宜采用復(fù)合培養(yǎng)基,適溫24~26℃;適宜 pH4~5;適宜含水量70%;適宜碳源為葡萄糖、甘露糖;適宜氮源為酵母膏和蛋白胨。
【英文摘要】 Bearded tooth(Hericium erinecius(Fr.)Pers.)had been known as a tributary delicacy in the past.In order for a further increase in its production,the authors studied the physilogical characteristics of bearded tooth hyphae in the following aspects the medium temperature,H value and moisture content of the substract (cotton hulls)and the resources for carbon and nitrogen.It was revealed that the compound medium should be used when cultured in test tubes,and the optimum temperature,pH value and moisture content of the substrate are 24—26℃,pH4—5 and 70%,respectively.The result also sbowed that glucose and mannose are excellent resource for carbon and yeast extract and peptone are suitable for nitrogen supply.
