【中文摘要】 本研究以麥草為主要原料,加入麩皮或尿素增補(bǔ)氮源,調(diào)整 C/N 比值,尋找最佳的麥草培養(yǎng)料配方。結(jié)果證明,用麥麩皮作為補(bǔ)充鼠源,其 C/N 比值以40:1—70:1為好,生物學(xué)效率達(dá)115.1—129.9%;以尿素為補(bǔ)充氮源,則 C/N 比值以60:1—70:1為好,生物學(xué)效率達(dá)105.8—107.7%。

【英文摘要】 In order to search for the optimum prescription for wheat straw culture,wheat straw with bron or urea added is used as the major row material to supplement N resoures and adjust C/N ratio in this research expe- riment.The results from the experiment show that when bron is used to supplement N resource if is better to have the C/N ratio of 40:1—70:1,and the biological efficenees can be 115.1—129.9%,and when urea is used to increase N resource,it is better to have C/N ratio of 60:1—70:1 and the biological efficiency can reach 105.8—107.7%.
