【摘要】對(duì)包含亞洲、歐洲、北美洲山毛櫸病害病原菌在內(nèi)的Neonectria coccinea復(fù)合群中物種之間的系統(tǒng)演化關(guān)系以及物種概念進(jìn)行了探討。Neonectria faginata(曾處理為Neo.coccinea var.faginata)與狹義的Neo.coccinea和Neo.punicea有明顯區(qū)別。系統(tǒng)樹顯示5個(gè)分支與Neo.coccinea群的關(guān)系較為接近,由于缺乏顯著的形態(tài)差異,它們始終沒有在物種的等級(jí)上區(qū)分。根據(jù)形態(tài)學(xué)、系統(tǒng)發(fā)育、寄主?;院偷乩硪蛩?采用多基因act、ITS、LSU、rpb1、tef1和tub序列分析的方法,對(duì)亞洲、歐洲、北美洲的相關(guān)材料進(jìn)行了研究,結(jié)果表明,它們代表4個(gè)獨(dú)立的物種,即Neo.coccinea,Neo.faginata,Neo.microconidia和Neo.punicea,對(duì)每個(gè)種進(jìn)行了詳盡的描述和圖示。并為Sphaeria coccinea和Neonectria coccinea var.faginata指定了附加模式。
