黃毛黃側(cè)耳的生物學(xué)特性和馴化栽培

【摘要】 對(duì)黃毛黃側(cè)耳(Phyllotopsis nidulans)的生物學(xué)特性及其馴化栽培進(jìn)行研究,結(jié)果表明:菌絲生長的最適溫度為25℃,最適pH為6,試驗(yàn)范圍內(nèi)最適碳源為果糖,最適氮源為蛋白胨,碳氮比對(duì)菌絲生長影響不明顯;在分別以硬雜木屑、玉米芯和兩者混合主料的培養(yǎng)料上均能形成子實(shí)體,在木屑和玉米芯混合的培養(yǎng)料上生物轉(zhuǎn)化率最高。
【Abstract】 Selected biological characteristics,and the artificial cultivation of a Phyllotopsis nidulans strain isolated from a P.nidulans fruit body collected in Fenglin National Nature Reserve in Heilongjiang Province,are described.Optimal temperature and pH values for mycelial growth were 25 ℃ and pH 6,respectively.Of the compounds tested,fructose and peptone were the preferred carbon and nitrogen sources respectively,but varying C∶N ratios between 10∶1 and 40∶1 had no significant effect on mycelial gro...
