紫芝超臨界萃取物中3種三萜醇的分離與鑒定

【摘要】 經(jīng)超微粉碎獲得人工栽培紫芝(Ganoderma sinense)子實(shí)體超細(xì)粉,以乙醇為改性劑,應(yīng)用超臨界CO2流體萃取技術(shù)獲得紫芝萃取物(醇溶性部位);從萃取物的石油醚-乙酸乙酯洗脫物中分離得到3個(gè)化合物,采用顯微熔點(diǎn)測定儀、紅外分光光度計(jì)和超導(dǎo)核磁共振儀分別鑒定為靈芝醇A(ganoderiol A)、ganodermadiol和靈芝酮三醇(ganodermanontrio1)。
【Abstract】 Finely ground Ganoderma sinense fruit bodies were extracted by supercritical CO2 fluid extraction using absolute EtOH as entrainer.The ethanol soluble fraction was applied to a ZCX-III silica column and eluted with a mobile phase consisting of different ratios of petroleum ether and ethyl acetate.Three triterpene alcohols were separated in the different fractions and identified as ganoderio1 A,ganodermadio1 and ganodermanontriol based on melting point determinations,and IR,ESI-MS and NMR spectro...
