雞腿菇轉(zhuǎn)化桑葉發(fā)酵液的降血糖作用研究

【摘要】 研究了雞腿菇轉(zhuǎn)化桑葉發(fā)酵液的降血糖作用,測定了糖尿病小鼠喂養(yǎng)雞腿菇轉(zhuǎn)化桑葉發(fā)酵液后血糖、血脂及肝臟、腎臟組織中的超氧化物岐化酶酶活等指標(biāo),并分析了發(fā)酵液中的成分。結(jié)果表明,雞腿菇轉(zhuǎn)化桑葉發(fā)酵液可以降低血清中血糖、果糖胺、甘油三酯、丙二醛含量,提高臟器中超氧化物岐化酶活性;同時(shí),與未轉(zhuǎn)化桑葉的發(fā)酵液相比,雞腿菇轉(zhuǎn)化桑葉發(fā)酵液中具有降血糖作用的黃酮和多酚含量顯著增加高,進(jìn)一步分離得到的4,5-二羥基,2-甲氧基-苯甲醛含量也顯著提高。無論從功效還是發(fā)酵液成分變化都已說明雞腿菇轉(zhuǎn)化桑葉發(fā)酵液具有很好的降血糖作用,為藥用真菌轉(zhuǎn)化中藥提高降血糖作用提供了參考。
【Abstract】 Hypoglycemic effect of Coprinus comatus broth biotransformating mulberry leaves was studied.The indicators of blood glucose,lipid and enzyme activitie of superoxide dismutase in liver and kidney were determined when the diabetic mice were fed by C.comatus broth biotransformating mulberry leaves.The composition contents in C.comatus broth biotransformating mulberry leaves were also analyzed.The results showed that the levels of blood glucose,triglyceride,malondialdehyde in serum were reduced,and ...
